What Time Will I Be Picked Up for My Kelowna Wine Tour?
For Red Dog Wine Tours, the 1:30 PM tour time refers to the first wine tasting, not your hotel pickup time.
Our West Kelowna wine route is our most popular route, and the first winery visit begins at 1:30 PM. A downtown Kelowna hotel is only about 10 minutes from the first winery, so downtown pickups are typically around 1:15 PM.
Pickup times can be earlier depending on where you’re staying and the other guests on the tour. Guests staying farther from the route may be picked up 30 minutes or more before the downtown pickup time. Pickups in West Kelowna, the number of guests and the overall pickup route can also affect the schedule.

You may therefore be picked up 30–60 minutes before the first winery visit.
We provide pickup at your hotel, B&B or residence rather than asking you to drive to a central pickup point. As your designated driver, we take the responsibility of getting you back to your accommodation seriously. A central pickup point might make scheduling easier for the tour company, but it’s less convenient for you—and it could leave you needing to drive after the tour.

When we give you a pickup time, that is the time we plan to leave your location with you on board. Please be ready at your pickup location at least five minutes before your scheduled pickup time.
Your pickup time is determined by your location and the route, so don’t assume that a 1:30 PM tour means a 1:30 PM hotel pickup.
