How to book your Kelowna wine tour
- Go to our booking page — Start by visiting our Kelowna Wine Tour Booking Page.
- Choose your tour — Select the tour, date and number of guests you want to book.
- Enter your pickup information — Provide the complete address where you will be staying in Kelowna or West Kelowna so we can confirm that it is within our pickup area.
- Complete your booking — Follow the instructions in the booking system to provide your information and payment details.
- Receive your confirmation — Once your booking is confirmed, you’ll receive the information you need for your tour.
Before choosing your date and tour, it’s also worth knowing what to look for when making your decision. See What Should I Know Before Booking a Kelowna Wine Tour? for things to consider before completing your reservation.
Check your pickup location before booking
We provide pickup and drop-off from accommodations within our designated Kelowna and West Kelowna service area. If you’re unsure whether your accommodation is within the area, check Where Do You Pick Up From? before completing your booking.
Providing the correct pickup address is important because it allows us to plan the day’s pickup route and give you an accurate pickup time.
What if the online booking system says “Call to Book”?
If the booking system shows “Call to Book” rather than allowing you to complete an online reservation, contact us. There may still be an opportunity to accommodate you depending on the availability of the tour, vehicle and pickup route.
This is particularly useful for last-minute bookings, unusual pickup locations or special requests. Calling allows us to check the situation directly rather than relying on the online system alone.
Want a private wine tour?
If you want to choose your own wineries, customize the route or have the vehicle and itinerary to yourselves, you can use our Private Wine Tour Planner to build your tour.
